Today we are celebrating 22 years of our greatest BRAND.

Muzychenko-Brand.

A brand that is well known all over Ukraine and beyond its borders, its strength lies in a magnificent combination of commitment, leadership and passion in every single thing she does.

She is “Connecting people” – there’s noone else who is so tolerant and patient with people. Her communication style is probably one of her best “selling points”. It’s hard to find any other person who would go along with people that well.

Her personal motto seems to be “Just do it” – no matter what, her likes or dislikes, (even her personal life in some cases) – if it’s something what should be done for AIESEC, there are no “later, later…”, “maybe” or what we know as “delegation” in a bad sense.

“A new challenge everyday” since she joined AIESEC 3, 5 years ago. No matter what challenges come her way, it’s the results that count.

“Ideas ahead” – she appreciates new ideas and never criticizes even the craziest of them, (well until the person who generates them will realize it herself:)).

“One for all and all for one“– she is always ready to help if someone is in need, and her real friends are ready to do the same for her anywhere, anyplace, anytime.

It’s 100% commitment to everything what AIESEC consist of: from @ values, mission & vision to hard work 24/7, sleepless nights, conferences and @parties.

It’s a walking encyclopedia of @ dances. There are no breaks on aiesec conferences where Muzychenko wouldn’t dance :)

“Breaking stereotypes” – with all her job done not only during this year, she proved that there are no limits in @development and no right way of doing it.

She prepares speeches to convince professors move exams because of her next conference, declines job offers, because “she doesn’t want to be employed, she wants to be empowered”. And that’s exactly what AIESEC offers to her and what she gives whole AIESEC Ukraine in return.
